With TriLink, we want to put an end to the widespread frustration in the regional job market. For employees, graduates, talent and interns: no more endless tailored CVs, cover letters and unanswered applications.
The same goes for employers: no more opacity, external pre-selection and inflated commission payments. TriLink creates transparency, supports data-driven decisions and is fair, without acting as a staffing agency itself.

Jafar is responsible for the strategic side of TriLink. As a graduate of a trinational degree programme, Jafar knows the challenges and the wishes of students, as well as those of companies.

As a quant analyst, Fabian knows the Swiss market from the inside. He is responsible for the technical and financial side of TriLink.
